241 Citizen Commitment1.2 European Citizenship AspectsIrina Manolescu Andreia Andrei Teodora Romann Learning outcomes: The aim of the training is to prepare students to define their valuecreating vision by introducing the basic terminology, methodology, tools,and perspectives of the concept of European citizenship. Candidate statesassume clear objectives, which they subsequently seek to achieve in phasesthrough integrated and sustained efforts. Furthermore, a state%u2019s membershipin the EU involves clear regulations, modes of involvement, and responsibilitiesthat are discussed and negotiated.However, the population%u2019s perception of this process and of Europeanbelonging and identity is a much less structured domain.
