The EU has experienced thevery inspiring processes of deepening integration and enlarging the EU. Thefunctioning of the EU is made by an efficient EU institutional framework. Its roleis to guide the development of the EU Member States, and to react to ongoingchallenges by defining strategic priorities. The EU legal system is of great importance for doing business in the EU.Thanks to the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States, the conditionsfor doing business in individual Member States are similar in many areas. EUlaw significantly simplifies doing business abroad and saves costs forentrepreneurs.
